Incredible Russian silver & cobalt enamel egg. Has intricate raised design depicting the Russian double headed eagle, torches, wreaths and griffins. Mounted with Cabochon garnets to top and bottom. Gold wash interior. Holds town marks with 84 silver purity mark. Has Cyrillic Faberge mark. Marked to interior of both pieces of the egg and marked to lip of one side. Has silver footed stand. Measures 3 1/2" height + 1 1/4" base height (8.9cm + 3.1cm). Weighs 6.840 ozt / 212.7 grams. Pre-Sale estimate $1750-$2000.
