Lot 12 - CHINESE CARVED JADE SEATED GODDESS SCULPTURE
Chinese hand carved jade Quan Yin group sculpture. Finely carved throughout to depict Quan yin with lingzhi to left hand and lingzhi to right hand. Above her is Phoenix bird with halo behind. She is seated on rock formation base with rushing water. Growing near her is bamboo. Glowing translucent white and apple green jadeite colors. Includes fitted wooden base. Measures 10 1/2" height x 6 1/2" width (26.7cm x 16.5cm). Total jadeite weight of 2755 grams. Pre-Sale estimate $3000-$5000.
