Lalique French crystal "Eroica" Vase. Signed M. Lalique and dated 1989. Catalog No. 12337. Includes original box. Measures 13 1/8" height (33.3cm). Conceived specifically for the bicentennial of the French Revolution, this work is a hymm to liberty. This design harmoniously unites transparent and satin-finished crystal. The slender body of a woman, holding the flame of triumphant liberty, is sculpted on the surface of the oblong shaped vase, Marie-Claude Lalique design 1989. Pre-Sale estimate $2000-$3000.
