51 - 3 PIECE FRENCH MARBLE AND BRONZE CLOCK SET - Clock depicts a nude woman sitting and looking into a mirror. Flanking her are two cherubs. She is sitting on the clock cylinder with flowers and robe draped over it. Under the clock cylinder waves and an anchor can be seen. Clock has a white enamel face with black English numerals. Face of clock marked "Susse Freres Bors Concours 1900". Movement by A D Mougin. Movement numbered 602. Accompanying the clock is a pair of 4 arm candelabras. Each candelabra depicts a cherub holding up a basket of flowers. Extending from the basket of flowers is roses and the candle holder arms. Bottom of candelabras marked "7320". Each has 3 hoofed feet holding up a panel with a 6 point star and 3 beetle design. 3 stalks of wheat extend from the base and hold up the main body of the candlesticks. This portion is decorated with a raised floral design. Also has etched figures of men with goat tails. Has figural griffin handles with hanging chain decoration. 69b - LARGE CHINESE ANTIQUE IVORY SAU FIGURE SIGNED - Highly detailed polychromed figure depicts Sau holding staff in his right hand with a gourd hanging from the staff. Attached on the end of the staff there is a dragons head with black beaded eyes. In his left hand he is holding a peach tree branch. He is wearing layered robe. Robe has incredible etched polychrome design depicting floral patterns, fish, water, and calligraphy. Notice the meticulous detail to face and mouth (see photos). Signed to base. 19th century. 69c - CHINESE ANTIQUE IVORY VILLAGE SCENE HANGING SCREEN - This exquisitely detailed hanging screen with fitted teakwood display stand. Screen depicts a village scene with many villagers doing different tasks. Scene also depicts houses, pagodas, mountains, horses, and trees. The scene is flanked by an intricate figural leaf and berry design, where even little worms and dragonflies can be seen. Screen is hung by 4 ivory chains that connect to 2 ivory disks with a raised bat design. Each disk has 1 chain that attaches to a ivory dragon design crossbar. The center of the crossbar has a carved scene depicting people practicing martial arts. Circa 1820. No apparent signature. Screen measures 5 1/4'' (13.5cm) height x 21'' (53.5cm )width x 5/8'' (1.8cm) depth. When hung measures 15'' (38cm) height. With stand it is 22'' (56cm)height.

81 - ROBERT DELAUNAY "LA TOUR" WATERCOLOR 1910 - Robert Delaunay (FRENCH, 1885-1941). Depicts the Eiffel Tower with a multicolor design. Signed lower right and dated 1910. Includes the book titled "Delaunay" by Michel Hoog. Measures 10 1/2" height x 6 7/8" width + 2 5/8" matte & frame (26.8cm x 17.5cm + 6.7cm). We guarantee this Delaunay to be original. This watercolor was exhibited at the Lune Gallery 125 East 57th St., New York City. Also featured in the Eduard Nakhamkin Fine Arts Gallery, 1055 Madison Avenue, New York City. Robert Delaunay was born April 12, 1885 in Paris (France) into a prominent French aristocratic family. When Robert was 4 years old, his parents divorced and he was subsequently raised by an aunt and uncle. Robert wasn't highly interested in school, so in 1903 he signed up for an apprenticeship in a studio for theater sets in Belleville. Robert Delaunay was painting in a neo-impressionistic style, till he got into contact with the cubist art group in Paris in 1908. This would lead him to his own personal style, orphic cubism.
